Warranty Policy
We guarantee the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind:

- All products are covered by a warranty for 12 months (1 year) starting from the date of successful delivery.
2. Scope of Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to Manufacturing Defects and Material Faults arising under normal use conditions. Specifically, the warranty covers:
- Free repair or replacement of defective parts related to the movement, watch hands, or dial.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Natural wear and tear (e.g., strap/bracelet, casing, crystal, plating, or mechanical parts that wear down over time).
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse of the product.
- Water damage (if the watch is not classified as water-resistant or if the crown/case back was not properly sealed).
- Loss, theft, or damage resulting from repair/interference by an unauthorized third party.
