New unworn luxury Patek Philippe Grand Complication watch, 42mm, 18k Rose Gold Reference 5303R-001. The case bands and lugs have been hollowed out and inlaid with white gold panels cut out with shapes that echo the sage-leaf hands. The slide to activate the minute repeater is on the left case band and is also made from white gold. The open worked dial is a treat for lovers of horology in action with its view of the hammers at 10 o’clock, the gong rail circling the dial and the vivid contrasts between the steel parts and the rose gold-plated bridges. As you would expect, the manual finissage is impeccable; the plate is decorated with elegant Côtes de Genève, there is perlage on the recessed areas of the main plate and the hammers display a circular satin finish. Obviously, the areas that have been removed are beautifully bevelled. 18k Rose Gold crown with ribbed edge for comfortable grip and logo Patek Philippe. The dial UV-protected closed by a Scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal and sapphire-crystal case back. The watch is equipped fixed cambered and polished 18k Rose bezel. The watch Patek Philippe Calibre R TO 27 PS Mechanical manually wound movement, containing 45 Jewels, and has a power reserve of min. 43 hours – max. 48 hours.
