The Diamond Ribbon Joaillerie features a very elegant case fully encrusted with diamonds. The beauty of the watch is that Patek Philippe decorates with diamonds even the slanted edge that connects the bezel to the case back. The dial is adorned with a diamond swirl, reminiscent of the spinning ribbons of gymnasts, framed in white gold, which gives the watch a playful touch. To complete the breathtaking design, Patek Philippe opted for blued 18k White Gold leaf-shaped hands, and applied large blued 18k White Gold Arabic numeral hour markers.  For the case and dial, 679 graduated diamonds were used, forming a spiral: ~3.99 carats and for the lugs 48 diamonds: ~0.17 ct. A polished 18kt White Gold Screw-down crown with 16 diamonds: ~0.03 ct. and the Patek Philippe logo is located on the right side of the case. The dial closed by a Scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal.
