We guarantee that each product is accurately represented in our images and comes with its box and card, along with a return process that is transparent, efficient, and trustworthy — true to the LOOKXURY standard.
Return Eligibility – What You Need to Know
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- Condition: The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in flawless condition, with no scratches, marks, dents, or signs of wear.
- Packaging: The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including the watch box, protective coverings, tags, cards, and any accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Please do not send any items directly to the manufacturer or to any address not provided by us, as such returns cannot be processed.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our inventory, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale and clearance watches (these items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).
- Limited-edition or rare releases where the product page specifies “no returns.”

Refunds – How They Work

- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges – When Are They Possible?

- For watch valued over $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. LOOKXURY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
